• All warranties must be authorized prior to shipping to 4XPRO.

  • 4XPRO will authorize the warranty by issuing a Return Goods number.

  • The Return Goods number must be written on the outside of the box for the warranty to be processed.

  • The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

  • The original purchaser is responsible for shipping to 4XPRO. 4XPRO will pay for the shipping back to the customer.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process any warranty claims.
